WWPR 2008 Woman of the Year SponsorsIt is our sponsors who help us to make the Washington PR Woman of the Year Award luncheon possible. Their generous support assists WWPR in recognizing three outstanding Washington Area PR practitioners who provide dedicated service to their clients while also taking the time to mentor others in the field and serve as volunteers and leaders in our community. In 2008, Woman of the Year sponsorship support also enables WWPR to make a contribution to our pro bono client, Doorways for Women and Families – a local resource for abused, homeless or at-risk women and their families. Doorways provides self-sufficiency and prevention services, and educates the larger community about domestic violence and homelessness.
