Washington Women in Public Relations continues to assess how COVID-19 impacts the conduct of our events and in-person meetings. As we have been diligently following the developments of the situation through updates from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we understand the growing concerns with hosting large-format gatherings and events due to increasing health risks in the metro area. Therefore, for the month of March, WWPR has put on hold any in-person events that we were planning and we thank our members for their support in this decision. The safety and wellbeing of our members remains a top priority.
